Transit One® Claims
To submit a request for a Transit One® parking reimbursement, you must complete a
Parking Expense Reimbursement Request form with backup documentation. Please be sure to complete all required sections to ensure quick processing of your request. With your form, attach a third-party receipts or bill indicating the:
- Person for whom expenses were incurred
- Name and address of parking facility or mass transit authority
- Date(s) services were provided
- Requested amount of reimbursement
The parking facility or mass transit authority may certify the expenses by signing the provider's certification.
Note: Checks will not be written for less than $15. Requests for less than $15 will be applied to future requests.
