One of the most valuable tools our sales agents have is our brand visibility. Our national advertising campaign adds to agents' credibility and lays the groundwork for enhancing customer confidence. Aflac New York also offers its agents the following support tools:

Agent Customer Service Toll-Free Number

Aflac New York  has a toll-free number for use by Aflac New York agents:

  • 1-800-743-2326—Customer service representatives are available to answer agents' questions Monday-Friday from 8a.m. to 5p.m. Eastern time.

Professional Orientation, Training, and Certifications

All prospective Aflac New York sales agents complete a mandatory field training orientation that prepares them for their roles as part of the Aflac New York field force. In addition to this mandatory training, Aflac New York also has a mentoring program for new agents and provides specialized training classes to educate our field force on Aflac New York 's technologies, products, and procedures. These include:

Marketing Advisory Council
To maintain a continuous exchange of ideas between the field force and Aflac New York's management team, we established the Marketing Advisory Council (MAC), a group of agents. MAC's mission is to generate, discuss, communicate, and implement ideas that help Aflac New York shape the systems, services, and sales materials provided to the field force.
